2 mangoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 bunch radish, very finely chopped
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 T cilantro, chopped or dry
Juice of 1 lemon
salt
- Place all ingredients in a bowl.
- Taste and adjust salt and cilantro.
- Serve on tacos or as a side salad.
